Shipping Policy
MadeClose currently provides shipping within the continental United States. Our processing period is two business days; most in-stock items ship from the merchant within 48 hours of ordering. Due to the high level of craftsmanship and a strong dedication to production practices that reduce waste, many of our products are made-to-order. For made-to-order items, the production lead-time while be clearly marked on the product page. 

Please note that items ordered from separate vendors will be shipped out separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment within your order. USPS is our primary carrier; however, some vendors opt to use UPS or Fedex. You will be prompted to select a shipping option at checkout. You will also be provided an estimated date of delivery according to your selection. Most items have the option of the following shipping methods: Standard, Three day, Two day or Overnight. 

Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping cost are determined according to the carrier, size and weight of the item(s), and the selected shipping method. 

Return Policy
MadeClose will accept returns within 30 days of original purchase, provided the item is unused, nonperishable, is not custom or made-to-order, is in its original package and has the original tag still attached. MadeClose will not accept return of items that have been previously washed, worn or damaged after purchase. We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements, as outlined above. In which case, the merchandise will be returned to you without a refund.
